How to use the product roadmap template

  1. Start from product goals or OKRs, then group work into a few themes.
  2. Add initiatives under each theme and the outcome each should achieve.
  3. Shade the quarters when each initiative is planned.
  4. Assign owners and a confidence level; lower confidence further out is normal.
  5. Review the roadmap monthly and share it with stakeholders.
